You wish your individual service contract for maintenance, repairs or just consultancy? We look forward to discus the most suitable solution for you.
In case of returns you require a so called RMA (Return Material Authorization) number which should be clearly indicated on the outer carton of your shipment. We will be happy to discuss further procedures with you in person. You can request one of these RMA HERE
Please do not return any equipment until you have notified the technical support that you intend to do so as we cannot be held liable for any incoming unsolicited goods. We will then also provide you with a reference number which can be used for any further enquiries.
